Vestta CRM (production): Full real estate CRM with an AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot; intent classification, appointment management, property matching, real-time agent dashboards, SSE notifications. Live at vestta.app. Powering tierrasdeibiza.com real estate page.
NightMare Framework source-available: C2 post-exploitation framework in C. Modular agent design, client-server architecture, GUI. Built for controlled lab environments and security research, docs can be found on nightmare-framework.
lxdb: Open-source binary format, compiler and zero-copy engine for building and querying multilingual semantic graphs.
